1. Color Therapy

Add color to things the things around you. Throw in some new cushions, a rainbow drape and colorful fairy lights. Add a variety of colorful ingredients in the food you cook. Ditch the grays and blacks and opt for some bright colored clothes. You know what, buy yourself a pack of crayons and a coloring book and color the day away. You will feel so much better.
