You can add fresh cut fruits and veggies like oranges, lemon, strawberry, kiwi, blueberries, raspberries, cucumber, mint leaves and ginger root to make your own infused water at home. This will help DE-bloat and improve the overall digestion. Smoothies are awesome if you have less time and want to make the most of your snack hour.
