Why do some movies just make a home in your heart while some you casually forget? There is something about these movies that struck a chord with you and your life and you secretly wish that happy ending happens with you as well.

Some love stories stick with you forever. No matter how long back you shipped them, if you see them together still, you vouch for a love like this! Well, on the reel of course.

Here are some of our Forever Favorite Reel-life Couples!

1. Raj & Simran in DDLJ

This isn’t a surprise that Raj and Simran still rule our hearts when it comes to romance. DDLJ gave us Relationship Goals forever. The way Raj woos Simran over the Euro trip and their little fights and nok jhok are something we miss in today’s movies. This couple has been an epitome of beautiful twosome and we will ship them always! Seeing SRK and Kajol is always a treat to the eyes and heart and we can never get enough of them.

2. Jack & Rose in Titanic

Oh yes! We are bringing you the classic romantics here. Can we be more in love with these two? They ruled the box office back in 1997 and still are rocking it whenever they star together. And if that’s not the case, they are best of friends and Kate’s always the first one to clap for Leonardo DiCaprio in award functions and he always has her back. What love! We wonder why they don’t get hitched already? They both are single, the last time we checked!

3. Geet & Aditya in Jab We Met

How we love these two! While Shahid and Kareena went their separate ways as far as real life is concerned, we are thankful that they gave us one of the cutest love stories ever! The bubbly Geet met the serious Aditya Kashyap and life just rolled in sparkles there on. Imtiaz Ali made us fall in love with this beautiful couple and we can see this movie countless times and not get bored. That last kiss always gets a collective aww from the audience.

4. Mini & Viren in Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya

Every Genelia-Riteish fan has definitely seen this one and clearly know why this couple is here! Even if you haven’t seen the movie, we bet you like them together, don’t you? They are the cutest couple around (reel life and real life) and we love, love, love them! Their chemistry is beautiful and there will be no moment where you won’t find yourself smiling ear to ear. Amazing songs capture the essence of the love they share and we give this movie 10/10 for Genelia and Riteish.

5. Noah & Allie in The Notebook

This heartfelt movie falls among the top contenders in ‘must watch with your boyfriend’. Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams are two most gorgeous people to ever be paired together and you very well know what happens with a love like this, it sets the box office On Fire. Watch The Notebook and know what true love is like. (Please Note: Keep a box of tissues close).

6. Mia Toretto & Brian O’Conner in Fast & Furious series

How can we leave these two when it comes to the favorite couple? Paul Walker and Jordana Brewster have been loved by our collective hearts for over 15 years today and it was extremely tough to bid Paul goodbye at the end of Furious 7 in April 2015. This is one couple that had seen it all- love, hatred, deceiving, getting back together, speed, babies and so much more. With Paul’s passing in November 2013, we all are more than heartbroken because we know we are never seeing them together ever again. We exceptionally loved these two in Fast 5. That was one hell of a movie. (Goes and cries in a corner).

7. Bunny & Naina in Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani

Place your hand on your heart and tell us you didn’t laugh in the midst of tears when Bunny proposed to Naina on NYE with a fake ring! They made us fall in love with the idea that the coolest guy in school CAN fall for the geeky girl with specs. The way he remembers things about her year’s later at their best friend Aditi’s wedding clearly states how he loved her and never knew. That scene when they Bunny confessed his love to Naina with Kabhi Kabhi Mere Dil Mein playing in the background and how they dance hugging each other will be forever imprinted on our heart.
