4. Confide

Talk to a friend. Call your best friend or just hang out. You may start talking in syllables, but you will open up eventually. Cry if you want to. Sometimes venting clears the head and makes way for positive thoughts. It’s an important healing process for whatever has been bothering you. Make way for better things by clearing out the baggage you are carrying. A friend’s hug is all the medicine and meditation you need.

5. Help someone

When you are low, lift someone up. This kinda works like reverse psychology. The smile and thanks you will receive in return will be priceless. You will have a memory to look back on and an experience to cherish. And you will be happy about it. Doing this will make you feel productive. Bringing joy to another works both ways.
